Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
- Then contact your bank
If you still have not received it, contact us.
Order issues
We only replace items if they are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Wrong item sent
To request a replacement, contact us with photos of the issue.
Shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you receive a refund, return shipping may be deducted
Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
